I manage my schedule to allow downtime between sessions, ensuring that I can give you my full attention.

Couple's Flexibility

If you're part of a couple, I offer the unique option of individual sessions alongside couples therapy. My goal is to facilitate your growth, adapting to your needs whether you prefer joint sessions, individual sessions, or a mix of both.

What To Expect

• Immediate Availability: My booking system is designed for those who want to work now. You can book a session up to 10 days in advance, ensuring immediate focus on your needs.

• Switch & Swap: Booked a face-to-face but now want a video session? No problem. You're free to switch session types at any time.

• 24/7 Availability: While I do need my beauty sleep, I'm essentially available around the clock, even on Christmas Day for phone or video sessions.
