Work With Me

My Approach

I’m not here to medicate your feelings with comfort.

I’m here to help you see clearly, honestly, and without the fog.

How Sessions Work

Sessions with me are thinking sessions.

Human. Direct. Unfiltered.

We sit in the real thing, no scripts, no intellectual hideouts, no emotional bypassing.
We get curious. We explore. We challenge. We laugh.

And we stay with something until it makes sense, properly, deeply.

This isn’t performance.
It’s contact.

Power & Agency

I don’t take your power away by telling you what to do.
And I don’t let you give it away by performing helplessness.

I help you reclaim the part of you that already knows.

No waiting for the other person to change first.
No learned helplessness dressed up as insight.

Agency is the north star here.

What Actually Changes

When you understand the pattern,
you stop running the same script.

That’s when relationships change,
not because someone else finally behaved better,
but because you moved differently.

This work isn’t about coping.
It’s about outgrowing.

The Working Relationship

I work with you as a thinking partner,
not a referee, not an emotional sponge.

I get in the trench with you.
Not above you. Not behind a clipboard.
With you.

I name what others tiptoe around.
I stay when things get awkward.
I don’t dress up the truth to make it easier to swallow.

What You Leave With

You don’t leave with dependency.
You don’t leave with a weekly emotional leak-out.

You leave with:

- Perspective
- Agency
- A way forward

Not just “I felt heard,”
But “I understand what’s happening, and I know my next move.”

We work until the knot loosens.
Then you move differently.

Session Tone & Container

Sessions are long, human, and alive.

You can swear. Contradict yourself.
Unravel. Rebuild. Change your mind mid-sentence.

There’s room for the whole self,
not the polite, edited version.

Clarity comes first.
Movement follows.
