Video/call Counselling


Whether you are short on time, struggle to leave the house or simply prefer using video or call for your session,  I offer all clients the option to have their session via online video or call. These sessions can be used in the same way as face to face sessions and are available for individuals and couples.

The aim of my work is to help you feel heard and understood, to give you a safe space to express how you feel and explore how you see your situation and to help you find a way forward that works for you. I focus on what you need to feel better and how you can get there as quickly as possible. 

  • I use Skype, Zoom, Messenger, Hangout, for video sessions

  • Video sessions can be used for individuals as well as couples (3-way connections welcome)
