Video Counselling

Whether you are short on time, struggle to leave the house or you simply prefer using video for your session,  I offer all clients the option to have their session via online video. Video sessions can be used in the same way as face to face sessions and are available for individuals or couples.

The aim of my work is to help you feel heard and understood, to give you a safe space to express how you feel and explore how you see your situation and to help you find a way forward that works for you. I focus on what you need to feel better and how you can get there as quickly as possible. 

  • I use any of the well-known apps such as Skype, Zoom, Messenger, Hangout, etc

  • Book your session as normal and select video/call when filling in the agreement  

  • Video sessions can be used for individuals as well as couples and 3-way connections are an option if you are not both in the same place
